Custom work may include fundraising strategy, grant writing and grant review, strategic planning, lead and prospect research, revenue modeling, website management, advertising campaigns and targeted research. Engagements often combine several of these elements, depending on where the real leverage lies.

This work is especially well suited for organizations navigating transition—new leadership, stalled revenue, upcoming launches or the need to professionalize systems without losing mission or voice.

All custom services begin with a 30-minute information-gathering call. This conversation allows us to clarify priorities, identify opportunities and determine whether a partnership makes sense before any proposal or quote is developed.

15 minute clarity call

Sometimes the challenge isn’t execution; it’s knowing where to start.

The 15-minute Clarity Call is a complimentary, one-time conversation designed for individuals and organizations who know they need support but are not yet sure what kind. This is a high-level diagnostic focused on listening, pattern recognition and identifying the most productive next step.

This call is appropriate for early-stage questions around fundraising, grants, revenue strategy or organizational direction. It is not a working session, audit or consulting engagement, but a brief opportunity to gain orientation and determine whether Nero Strategies Group is the right fit.
